Xcel Free energy's Eau Claire, WI (Sky Park) location is currently hiring Call Center Associate I'south (Client Contact Eye) for upcoming training classes. These are entry-level, fully benefited positions. The Sky Park Contact Middle operating hours are 24/7.

Position Summary

The Customer Contact Acquaintance I'due south chief responsibility is to provide accurate information to Xcel Energy customers in a respectful and efficient manner by anticipating the customer'southward needs, and satisfactorily resolving issues with i contact. Accountable for individual performance indicators of client satisfaction and productivity to ensure that the overall business objectives are achieved. Regular, reliable omnipresence is an essential job function.

Essential Responsibilities

Provide high quality client interaction through multiple channels in a Contact Center environment. Typical contacts include, but are not express to: establishing, transferring and/or disconnecting service; analyzing and explaining customers' bills; negotiating payment arrangements; consulting and offer services and options that customers want and value; and handling gas/electrical calls, including emergencies. Participation in on-call rotation during escalated events required.
Performs other duties as assigned, including work on special projects.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Loftier School diploma or equivalent
Additional pedagogy in business or related field is desired
1.5 years of customer service feel, preference given to Xcel Energy telephone call centre experience.
Applicants must successfully pass Pre-rent Assessment, classroom training and run across all performance expectations.
Knowledge of computer based systems, Internet and Microsoft role applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
Ability to work finer with multiple reckoner environments while talking on the telephone. Must be customer focused and results oriented.
Some weekends, evenings, and overtime is required
Participate in on-call rotation

Bacon & Benefits

The position starts at $xi.fifty per hr.

Class begins Jan 9, 2017. Training is xl hours per calendar week for eight weeks. The preparation schedule is 3:00 PM -xi:thirty PM Monday-Friday. Post-obit the initial 8 week preparation, the piece of work schedule volition remain the same until Oct 2017 - three:00 PM -11:30 PM Mon-Fri.
